What is the maximum temperature it can withstand?
High-quality PE coated cup stock paper can withstand temperatures up to 90°C - 100°C (194°F - 212°F) without delamination or deformation. It is suitable for boiling water (e.g., instant noodles, hot coffee).
Is PE Coated Cup stock paper microwave safe?
No. Polyethylene (PE) will melt and shrink at high microwave temperatures. For microwave-safe applications, you need PLA coating or other special heat-resistant coatings.
What is the "Curl Test" and why is it important?
