Laminated paper is a composite material made by coating plastic particles onto the surface of paper using a casting machine. Its main characteristics are oil and water resistance (relatively speaking), and heat sealing capability. Different applications utilize different characteristics. After lamination, it becomes waterproof, moisture-proof, and oil-proof, while also enabling high-temperature automatic heat sealing. This breaks away from traditional bag-making methods, allowing for direct automatic heat sealing at high temperatures. This significantly saves costs and time, while also providing a good approach to environmental protection.

Food-grade laminated paper is an oil- and water-resistant edible packaging paper with extremely high tensile strength. It is widely used in many industries, such as food packaging, disposable paper cups, KFC hamburger bags, bread bags, and many other food packaging applications. It is also widely used in desiccant packaging in the chemical industry, tongue depressor packaging in the wood products industry, toothpick packaging, and cotton swabs, demonstrating its popularity. Nowadays, more and more businesses in the food industry are using laminated paper for packaging, aligning with the consistent promotion of green and environmentally friendly concepts. Therefore, laminated paper packaging bags are becoming increasingly popular. In the future, coated paper bags will become increasingly popular, demonstrating their growing influence in our daily lives.

Food-grade coated paper uses food-grade PE film, with different weights applied to the base paper according to customer requirements. It emits no toxic odors and uses non-toxic, odorless water-based printing. Because the film is heat-fused to the paper surface, it bonds firmly and is not easily detached. Furthermore, the entire process does not use any chemical solvents, making it low-carbon and environmentally friendly.

Regarding its product characteristics: when used for hamburger packaging, it is valued for its cost-effectiveness; when used for coated paper packaging, it is valued for its waterproof properties; it has a boiling point exceeding 100℃ and releases no toxic odors from plastics; in addition to high-temperature resistance, the PP coating completely seals the food from the food container; environmentally friendly-low carbon emissions, entirely using non-toxic, odorless water-based printing.

Laminated paper, being made entirely of wood pulp, has a very uniform color on both sides. After being coated with PE, it has better tensile strength, is more resistant to friction, has better toughness, and also has functions such as moisture resistance and water resistance. It is also easy to print without burrs. Moisture-proof and waterproof laminated paper is needed in printed materials, gifts, electronic products, export steel, furniture, and so on.
