What is the difference between Single PE and Double PE Coated Paper?
Single PE Coated: Polyethylene is applied to one side of the paper.
Best for: Hot drinks (coffee, tea). The PE layer faces inward to hold the liquid, while the outer paper surface is ideal for printing.
Double PE Coated: Polyethylene is applied to both sides of the paper.
Best for: Cold drinks (iced coffee, bubble tea, soda). The outer PE layer prevents condensation ("sweating") from soaking through the cup and making it soggy.
What is the standard paper weight (GSM) for cup fans?
We offer a range of GSM (Grams per Square Meter) to match different cup sizes and machine requirements:
190gsm - 210gsm: Suitable for small cups (4oz - 7oz, e.g., espresso cups).
